5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and may be adjusted from time to time. Paid subscriptions are one-time purchases for a fixed period and do not automatically renew. Once the subscription period ends, a new purchase is required to continue accessing premium features. We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. To request a refund, users must contact our support team within 7 days of payment and before substantial use of the service. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. After the 7-day refund period, payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
